Body Switch / Soul Swap (Shang Tsung)
Tsung and the opponent disappear in a puff of fire, then reappear in the opposite positions.
Burn Out (Smoke)
Smoke teleports behind the opponent and punches them, then suplexes them. Just as they're about to get up, he punts them in the jaw.
Carbonadium Coil (Omega Red)
Omega Red tosses one of his Carbonadium tentacles out toward the opponent, ensnaring the foe and pulling them toward him. Can be canceled prior to hitting the foe with Carbonadium Cancel, and follow up after hitting the foe with Vitality Sap or Power Sap.
Cat Spirit Three! (Taokaka)
Taokaka performs a big windup before performing an alternate sequence of heavy downward and upward slashes. Continuious tapping of the C button can perform this move indefinitely. The first attack has overhead property, and must be blocked high.
Cere-copter (Cerebella)
Cerebella leans forward as Vice-Versa spins.
Clownish Calendula (Rachel Alucard)
A red beam appears around Rachel. If the comes in contact with her opponent, they are drawn upward, away from the screen. The screen momentarily turns dark as a huge cross raises from the ground. Her unseen opponent is struck by a bolt of lightning.
Con Fuoco (Carl Clover)
Nirvana attacks her opponent, using a drilling motion of her arm.
Dancing Smoke (Buoh)
Buoh disappears in a puff of smoke and reappears elsewhere.
Dark Reconquisita (Nightmare)
The eye of Nightmare's sword glows, and he delivers a particularly devastating downward slash.

Devoured by Darkness (Ragna the Bloodedge)
While in Blood Kain state, Ragna's hand become clawed and monstrous in size as he grabs his opponent. His opponents life is sapped away by dark tendrils. Blood Kain ends after this move is performed. A successful attack will also regain a considerable amount of Ragna's health.

Guy stomps the ground, launching the foe high into the air if they are close enough. By holding @term=atkbtn@, Guy will teleport up near the opponent at the end of their upward trajectory and spike them to the ground.

Morrigan arches back and fires a barrage at her foe.

Fissure Kick (Gohan (Teen))
Gohan moves forward at blink of an eye and strikes with his fist, despite what the name of the move suggests. Strength of attack determine location where Gohan will appear.
Flameport (Scorpion)
Scorpion performs a Teleport Jab that leads into a flaming uppercut.
Flash Sweep (Kakashi Hatake)
Kakashi sweeps low with a kunai strike, then teleports and erupts from the ground beneath the foe, leaping with an uppercut.
Flesh Teleport (Meat)
Meat falls forward and splatters into a pool of blood, reappearing behind the opponent from another blood puddle.
Fullmoon Evening (Angel)
Unblockable haymaker.
Gekishuzan (Sajin Komamura (Incognito))
Sajin leaps up and teleports, then comes back down from the top of the screen with his sword pointing downward, striking the ground upon contact and causing dust, rocks, and sparks to fly up and attack the foe.
Genmu Jin / 幻夢陣 (Sokaku)
Sokaku teleports above his opponent with staff extended downwards.
Gorai Hadouken (Oni)
Oni briefly charges up, then flings an electrocuting Hadouken.

Headhunter Jutsu (Kakashi Hatake)
Kakashi throws a smoke bomb down, disappearing. He then reaches a hand out of the ground at the opponent's feet, pulling them under for several hits before launching them out of the ground, and popping back out, himself.
Hellfire Punch / Fiery Teleport (Scorpion)
Scorpion performs a crouching teleport, leaving behind after-images, and punches the opponent in the back.

Raptor teleports to a location on screen determined by button press.

Ryoko bows, then dashes forward for a grab attempt.
Lightning Flash (Minato Namikaze)
Standard air combo, but ends in a teleport to drop kick. If the opponent is grounded and close enough, Minato will actually teleport to the ground for the last blow.
Lucky Vision (Lucky Glauber)
Dashing teleport.
Machine Gun (Deathstroke)
Five rapid fire shots, but only after a brief startup time.
Mech Ashura Senku (Cyber Akuma)
A short / long range teleport to either end of the screen.
Mech Zugai Hasatsu (Cyber Akuma)
Shiny overhead chop, can hit up to 4 times.
Mega-Tackle (Android 16)
Android 16 charges with a shoulder tackle. This attack negates projectiles. It also has a random chance of stunning.
Megaton Drop (Majin Buu)
Majin Buu teleports above his foe and drops down, crushing him/her under his weight.
MijinKakure-no Jutsu / 微塵隠れの術 (Hanzou)
With this technique, Hanzou is capable of teleporting to almost any point on the screen.

Spiral swaps places with her opponent.

Tsung glows with a green aura, and runs toward the opponent, suddenly disappearing just before reaching them, and reappearing right behind them to strike with a low sliding kick

Rain disappears into a puddle on the ground and reappears behind the foe.
Ninja Teleportation Jig / Utsusemi Tenbu, 忍法うつせみ天舞 (Hanzo Hattori)
Essentially Ninja Teleportation without the prerequisite of being hit.
Parry (Liu Kang)
Liu gets into a stance, and if he is hit, he teleports behind the opponent in a plume of flame and strikes them with a punch.
Phantom Warp (Reiko)
Reiko spins around the opponent to end up behind them.
Pharaoh Escape (Anakaris)
Anakaris backdashes out one side of the screen and reappears on the other.
Phase Assault (Martian Manhunter)
Manhunter phases through the ground and comes back up with an uppercut. Tapping @term=down@ before he reappears causes him to come from the sky instead.

Kitana disappears in a puff of blue smoke and reappears behind her opponent.

Smoke teleports behind and slightly below the opponent and delivers a devastating uppercut.

Star Platinum freezes time, allowing he and Jotaro to wail on the opponent. When time resumes, the opponent suffers the accumulated damage.

Raiden uses his electric powers to disappear from one place and reappear elsewhere in the arena.
Stealthy Shadows (Dairou)
Dairou switches places with the opponent in a puff of smoke.
Stun Edge Charge Attack (Ky Kiske)
Ky shoots a larger arc of electricity from his blade.
Sucker Punch (Gengar)
Gengar disappears, then reappears in the air directly overhead, swinging a giant mallet downward.
Super Dive (Colossus)
Colossus leaps into the air and dives back down headfirst at an angle.
Sword Master (Taskmaster)
Taskmaster performs a hopping crescent arc swing of his sword. Can be followed up with other moves when blocked.
Sword of Darkness (Evil Green Ranger)
Pulls out a scimitar and swipes while leaping.

Spiral's Tech Hit is to teleport out of the way.

Spiral warps elsewhere on the screen. By default, she appears above the opponent, but her position can be directed by quickly tapping an attack button after performing the move.

Flash dashes offscreen and reappears on the opposite side to deliver a six-hit rapid punch that knocks down on the final hit.
Teleport Jab / Force Port (Ermac)
Ermac teleports off of the side of the screen and reappears on the other side with a jumping punch. When done on the ground in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 and Mortal Kombat Trilogy, he leaves behind a mushroom cloud before teleporting; in Mortal Kombat (2011), it's a green burst of energy instead.

Flash runs offscreen and appears on the other side to strike with an uppercut.

Frost slides backward off of the screen and reappears on the other side with an uppercut.
Tele-Punch (Kobra)
Teleport to the opposite side of the opponent and strike them with a punch.
The Hole Idea (Peacock)
A hole appears on the ground and Peacock jumps in. She then jumps out of the whole once it reappears.
Tombstone Teleport (Sub-Zero (II))
Sub-Zero crosses his arms and falls backwards into an ice puddle, raising up behind the opponent from a similar puddle.
Tornado Charge (Minotaur)
The Minotaur gets down in the three-point stance, then rushes the foe.
Tricky Portal (Shinnok)
A portal appears behind Shinnok, and he slides backward into it. Another portal appears behind the opponent, and he pops out, smashing the foe with his back.

Basic teleport. Zatanna's position can be adjusted by pressing @term=backward@ or @term=forward@ before she reappears.
Tropelet Tnief (Zatanna)
Zatanna appears to teleport, but remains in the same position.
Tunnel Rat (Rocket Raccoon)
Rocket digs through the ground and reappears elsewhere. By holding the Hard version, Rocket can instead be directed to the position in which he reappears.
Vanishing Kick (Chameleon)
Teleporting kick attack.
Vanishing Winds (Jade)
Jade disappears in a puff of green smoke and reappears behind her opponent.
Venom From Above (Khameleon)
Khameleon descends through the stage's floor and reappears in the air to deliver a nasty jump kick.
Warp (Strider Hiryu)
Teleports to a location corresponding to button pressed.
Warp Slam (Arkane)
Arkane grabs his opponent and teleports about, slamming them each time he reappears. The move ends with a Choke attack.
Warp Transmission (Ares)
Standard teleport.
Water Blast (Madam Woe)
Standard projectile with startup. If done in the air, there is no startup, and Madam Woe gains a bit of vertical height.
Water-Port (Rain)
Teleport through the floor with a puddle effect.
Welcome to the Netherrealm (Scorpion)
Scorpion teleports to the other side of the opponent and delivers a kick that sends them to a patch of land in Hell. Two stone walls rise up, and Scorpion stick his opponent with two Bloody Spears and sets them on fire. Using the spears, he flings the opponent against each wall, then leaps up and slams them against the ground.
Wind Teleport / Teleport (Kung Lao)
Lao teleports behind his foe.
Yoga Teleport (Dhalsim)
Dhalsim vanishes and reappears in another location on screen.
