Omega Red tosses one of his Carbonadium tentacles out toward the opponent, ensnaring the foe and pulling them toward him. Can be canceled prior to hitting the foe with Carbonadium Cancel, and follow up after hitting the foe with Vitality Sap or Power Sap.

Cat Spirit Three! (Taokaka)
Taokaka performs a big windup before performing an alternate sequence of heavy downward and upward slashes. Continuious tapping of the C button can perform this move indefinitely. The first attack has overhead property, and must be blocked high.

Clownish Calendula (Rachel Alucard)
A red beam appears around Rachel. If the comes in contact with her opponent, they are drawn upward, away from the screen. The screen momentarily turns dark as a huge cross raises from the ground. Her unseen opponent is struck by a bolt of lightning.

King Piccolo grabs his opponent with outstretched arms, tosses them in the air, and either shoots a blast of ki or bombs them, depending on if a single or both buttons are used for the input

Denjin Hadoken (Gouken)
Gouken charges up a Hadoken which hits his opponent multiple times. The move can stun the opponent if it's charged for a longer period of time.

Devoured by Darkness (Ragna the Bloodedge)
While in Blood Kain state, Ragna's hand become clawed and monstrous in size as he grabs his opponent. His opponents life is sapped away by dark tendrils. Blood Kain ends after this move is performed. A successful attack will also regain a considerable amount of Ragna's health.

Electric Pile Driver (Chrome Dome)
Chrome Dome grabs his opponent, turns them upside down whilst leaping, and slams his or her head into the ground, electrocuting the foe.

Gotcha! (Kanji Tatsumi)
Kanji sends Take-Mikazuchi leaping in the air to catch an airborne opponent. If caught, Take-Mikazuchi will electrocute the opponent, and crush him/her with a body press.

Gravity Mine (Lex Luthor)
Lex tosses a mine on the ground, which zaps any foe that steps on it. Holding @term=backward@ or @term=forward@ as the move comes out will change where the mine lands.

Herculean Might (Shazam)
A short dash to a grab attempt, which if successful, is a jumping DDT with a lightning bolt from the sky hitting the opponent at the end.

Kaioken (kick) (Goku)
Goku powers up for a moment, then hops around the screen performing slow dive kicks. Strangely hard to avoid and has massive priority.

Lightning Plasma (Megazord)
Megazord's sword is struck by lightning, then it flings a sonic wave at the foe. Both the lightning strike and the wave can damage/shock.

Lightning Sword (Anita)
A short-ranged barrage of electric swords while Mei-Ling appears. Mashing buttons does additional hits.

Mega-Tackle (Android 16)
Android 16 charges with a shoulder tackle. This attack negates projectiles. It also has a random chance of stunning.

Put It There Pal (The Joker)
Joker sticks out his hand, which has a joybuzzer on the palm. If the opponent strikes Joker in this pose, they are electrocuted.

Cole tosses a bouncing spark that detonates on impact with an opponent, or after a short time. EX version tosses two.

Shout of Earth (Blanka)
Blanka slams the ground twice with his electrically-charged hands, discharging electricity all over the floor. The anti-air version has him raise his hands and act like a lightning rod as lightning hits him and his opponent, damaging the latter.

Sword Master (Taskmaster)
Taskmaster performs a hopping crescent arc swing of his sword. Can be followed up with other moves when blocked.

This'll Hurt! (Kanji Tatsumi)
Kanji flings his opponent against the wall. Take-Mikazuchi appears from above, lands on the opponent, and delivers a jolt of electricity.

Thunder Ball (Rasputin)
Differs from the fireball with slight windup lag in front, compensated by faster projectile.
|
|
|
Thunder Beam (Megaman)
Fires three shocking bolts: one straight up, one straight forward, and one straight down.
|

Water Blast (Madam Woe)
Standard projectile with startup. If done in the air, there is no startup, and Madam Woe gains a bit of vertical height.
