Aegis Counter (Taskmaster)
Taskmaster puts up his shield and hides behind it. If the opponent hits his shield, he proceeds into a sword auto-combo that ends with a dashing slash to behind them, a backward stab, and a backward gunshot.

Assault Rush (Vegeta)
Vegeta starts off with a barrage of punches, followed by an even faster barrage of kicks.

Cape Parry (Batman)
Batman covers himself with his cape. If struck by most high or overhead attacks, he responds with a few punches followed by a takedown and ankle-wrenching.

Cat Scratch (Catwoman)
Each basic attack Catwoman hits with a basic attack, she has a chance to earn a "Scratch". Each hit in a combo increases her possibility of earning one, and performing a successful Feline Evade earns her one automatically. Catwoman can earn up to a total of 5 Scratches. When Cat Scratch is used, she performs an auto-combo that does one hit for each Scratch earned.

Chinkuchi (Rin Oyama)
Rin will attack the opponent with an uppercut followed by a descending aerial kick.

Drill (Yamazaki)
A command throw followed by a period where the player can mash. The amount of mashing determine's Yamazaki's action and amount of damage. In many games, continuing to mash after the fact makes Yamazaki laugh hysterically.

Final Destruction (Cody Travers)
In A-ism, a punch autocombo that makes reference to Cody's "infinite combo" glitch in Final Fight (attack twice, turn around to reset, repeat). In X-ism Cody briefly plays differently, able to mash punch to automatically execute his Final Fight combo.

Final Justice (U.S. Agent)
U.S. Agent rushes the opponent and delivers a patriotic beating. He concludes with a full body air piledriver.

Hellfire Rush (Steve Fox)
A Hellfire to punch combo, ending in a powerful overhead that causes the opponent to spin vertically.

Hurricane Formation (Sasuke Uchiha)
Sasuke performs an auto-combo that involves dashing around to deliver blows to the opponent from opposite sides as well as from the air, ending with an elbow drop.

Jaguar Varied Assault (Adon)
Elbow autocombo followed by rising kicks. At level 3 (or in X-ism) can be followed up with rapid punches or repeated Rising Jaguars.

Kamikaze / 神風 (Akatsuki)
Akatsuki pummels his opponent with a barrage of punches and kicks. He ends the attack with a blast of energy.

Mach Speed (Viewtiful Joe)
Joe speeds up time for himself, catching on fire while rapidly bashing the opponent. The final hit launches the foe into the air.

Maou Rebirth Ranbu (King Piccolo)
King Piccolo rushes with a barrage of punches and kicks. Piccolo then grabs his foe, while growing to a larger size. He slams his opponent into the ground and returns to his normal size.

Maximum Spider (Spider-Man)
Spidey leaps to the wall and bounces off to deliver an auto-combo which takes the foe to the sky. In the MvC3 games, he attaches webs to the enemy with each hit, sending them crashing to the ground at the end with a stomp.

Metamorphosis (Spiral)
Spiral glows a rainbow ménage of colors. Successfully performing a throw during this state will cause Spiral to rapidly transform into each of the game's Marvel characters and deliver a blow to the opponent.

Sai Fury (Raphael)
Raphael slides forward, holding both of his sai overhead. If he connects with this, he proceeds to thrash the opponent with a series of sai strikes and kicks, culminating in a more powerful Spark Plug.

SF Beat Down (Sonya Blade)
4-hit auto combo followed by a Leg Grab that snaps the opponent's neck, a rising Bicycle Kick (from earlier games), and grabbing leg grab slam from the air.

Shooting Star (Rick Strowd)
Quick rush forward followed by autocombo on hit. C version launches opponent into the air, but incorporates an uppercut to become Shooting Star EX with S Power or P Power.

Slow & Zoom In (Viewtiful Joe)
Joe kicks at the opponent. If this connects, the camera zooms in on Joe and the foe. The mask on Joe's helmet slides into place, and the opponent proceeds to attempt an attack, which comes out in slow motion. Joe dodges slowly, moving behind his enemy. Whilst behind them, Joe performs a short kick, followed by an uppercut that rockets the opponent into the air. Joe leaps into the air and performs an extravagant pose next to the opponent, damaging them with the accompanying flash.

Tele-Flurry (Kenshi)
Kenshi uses mental energy to deliver a short auto-combo from afar. In MK 2011, he summons an astral projection to accomplish this.

Total Wipeout (Guile)
A short and sweet series of his basic attacks strung together with a flash kick on the end.

Ultra Variety Private Memories (Norimaro)
Norimaro rushes forward to beat the opponent. During the combo, he flashes through various memories of his life, including cosplaying as Mega Man, being bit on the ass by a dog, and singing karaoke. The hacked Norimaro in the Western versions only does 19 hits while the Japanese version does 21, as two frames showing Norimaro in a pink bathtub were removed.

Unlimited Desire (Krauser)
Krauser takes a page from Geese's book with the Deadly Rave, causing a royal pain for everyone involved. Requires strict timing of each button press just as the previous attack hits.

V-MAX (Syoh)
A quick rush followed by an autocombo (Syoh seems to be the only character in Battle Master with a Desperation).

Zanei (Gen)
Gen passes through his foe, after which they incur unseen damage.
